Tell Us Once in Scotland is a free, voluntary service allowing you to report a death to most government departments (DWP, HMRC, local council, Passport Office, DVLA, Social Security Scotland) in one go, rather than contacting them separately. It is accessed after registering a death, using a unique reference number.
