A new Parent Club Teen Mental Health campaign has launched to support parents and carers of young people in S2-S4.
It offers practical advice on issued many teenagers face, including anxiety, mood changes, school and exams, friendships, social media and mental health.

The website, https://www.parentclub.scot/, is an invaluable resource for parents.
It offers hundreds of articles across dozens of topics — from tips on managing challenging behaviour to guidance on talking with children about risky behaviours and mental health.
Parent Club’s Teen Mental Health campaign, along with its online content, aims to support parents and carers by increasing awareness of the ways they can help their child through common emotional teen challenges.
It also provides guidance about what signs parents should look out for that might indicate something more serious was prevalent and signpost them to further support.
