Transport to Hospital
If you need ambulance or ambulance car transport to hospital then you must tell our receptionist at least 2 working days before your appointment or admission day. Ambulance control will need the details of where you are going, which clinic and time of your appointment. You will be asked to confirm the pick-up address and whether you need anyone to go with you.
Our receptionist will simply pass this information on to ambulance control who then organise this.
