Phio is a clinically-supported, digital musculoskeletal system available to anyone aged 16 years of over in the Highland area with pain or discomfort relating to muscles, joints or ligaments.

It is a free interactive online tool that quickly and accurately signposts you to the right pathway to support you MSK condition.

Phio can be accessed for free, 24/7, on any device that has internet access.
